where the bums are tricky enough to advertise that they need money to feed their pet dog.
where the bums will curse at you for giving them a nickel when they ask for help...
where bums have PSP's, and still ask for money to feed their pet dog.
where every bum is a vietnam war vet.
where bums will become indignant after accepting food.
